Maybe you can give it as a housewarming gift when that monstrosity of a house is built and all the new college kids move in.

New college kids don’t read books, ergo they don’t need bookmarks! Nope, this one is being put on display.

I had to ask a librarian to help me find a book about dragons. That was the first one she found for me. Then she went off to get some more but I had flipped through this one and knew it was going to be perfect! Librarians really are nice.
