I thought I’d post some pics from my recent trip. Things kicked off with my walking to the train station past the trees changing colour on campus. Including this beauty. Now that’s a tree! For comparison, that’s a bus passing by it on the left.
It’s quite awesome. The thing is, I walk by it quite a lot but I only wanted to take a picture of it that day because of the colours. And it was only then I was struck by how big it is. Thing is enormous!
Big and beautiful! Love the colour of it.

Do you live on a campus?

Just off. Unless you count Alex Good University, in which case I am the campus.

Is off-campus like off-Broadway?

Way off. Do you have trees in Scotland? Or did you cut them all down to build sheds?

That tree is maybe a ten in the campus where you are , but a two in Blanefield. Is it a bonsai?

That tree is bigger than Blanefield. And it’s on proper time.

That bus is a matchbox model and that tree is waist high.

That’s a monster!
I am kind of surprised it hasn’t fallen over.

I think they take good care of it.

Usually trees that big need a whole bunch of smaller trees to help block the wind.
