It occurs to me I have no idea where our dump is. This being recyclable stuff I guess it goes to a plant somewhere, but I have no idea where that is either. And I don’t think I’m alone. If AI ever did cut the power on us, how long before we all lived in a dump? A week?

We have a sorting facility that separates out where the different stuff is supposed to go. Because I guess people don’t do a great job of that on their own. I know where it is because I actually applied for a job there once a long time ago. After that . . . I don’t where it goes to. A lot of recycling stuff used to go overseas I think.
