Yep. They want them up by September and filled with university students.

I don’t think it will make much of a difference. Students today seem a quieter, better behaved bunch than previous generations. There are a lot of students already in this neighbourhood and you don’t even know they’re there.

Well, considering they are digging the hole now, september seems quite do-able. As long as building supplies aren’t in short supply.

I’m sure they’ll have it up and ready to go. Probably just some cookie-cutter units that they’ve built dozens of times.
