I don’t read books on a tablet. I don’t even own a tablet! But this bookmark made me think of tablets because it’s ceramic and quite thick. Sort of like a domino tile. No chance of losing your place!

Not to be dropped on a hard floor. It’s pretty.

Yes, it might chip or break. But I take good care of my bookmarks!

I know you do🙂 are they all in display cases in your basement library now?

Most of them are in the drawers. I’ve been sorting them out. Still trying to decide which ones go in the top display.
I do everything slowly.

That’s weird. In my notifications your comment says ‘is Booky out of office?’ But it’s not there on the site 😵💫 anyway yes, he’s not speaking until Sunday, there’s a post up on his site.

That was my original comment. Then I went to Booky’s site and read his post and came back and deleted the question part.

I went to Fraggle Film (formerly known as Film Friday) but didn’t see you! We’re following each other in circles.

Very nice! Not practical, though. Again, a better toy than a bookmark.

Well, not a whole lot of use as a toy either. Like all of the thicker bookmarks (mostly the ones carved from wood), it’s something I would never use. But then I don’t use any of the bookmarks in my collection. They’re only for show!

Beautiful thick rectangular hunk of ceramic — oh, it’s a great toy all right. Now if there were two or more it would obviously be even better. I could clack for hours.
