How do students afford a place like that?

Each floor is a separate condo, bought up by investors who rent them out. I think there are four bedrooms per floor. But rents are very high in this town, especially this close to the university, because there isn’t enough room in the residences.

There’s some-bin in the area, because I’m back covering the world’s largest arts festival and yes, there’s gonna be a bin strike!
