Why do you need a romper room/sex dungeon of such dimensions? To house your wretched movie collection of Lep, Critters and Phsntasm movies? There’s no windows, no one will stay down there unless they’re chained up!

That seems a long time. Our garage – media room conversion only took 2 weeks. Though it’s not as big as yours, but yours seems to be taking half a year!

Had to do everything from scratch, so a lot of different contractors involved. But the big delay is in building the shelving units. This is going to be a library mainly and there are a lot of shelves and they are being custom built. Those take two months, so right now I’m waiting on them. Then after they’re installed there’s flooring, lighting, doors, painting, etc. It’s a big job.
