It may be cold, wet, and snowy, and the holidays are all gone, but if the bins are out you know everything’s going to be alright.

I’ve got to get back into taking pictures now that I have a camera. One of the weird things I knew but that this picture really brought home again is how photos tend to level out hills. It’s hard to tell from the picture but I’m standing at the top of a long hill, not crazy steep but it has a pretty good gradient. That barely registers at all in the picture.

Cameras are weird like that! Sounds like that road needs cycling! At least downwards.

That was the iPhone. I do have a DSLR but haven’t used it in a while.

iPhones are good enough and great for impromptu shots when you’re out and about. I look forward to seeing your growing portfolio!

How much storage space do you have for this site? Just wondering if you’re going to eat it all up if you’re going to post more pix, or if you have a space to burn.

Site says I have 3 GB, and I’m only using 1% of that now so I think I’ll be good for a while. The pics aren’t huge.
I was going to say Boulevard of Broken Bins, but then figured it would be misleading since none of the bins are actually broken.

Bins have a majesty all their own. Greens are organic. They’re every week. The blue is the recycling and they’re every other week.
